raspberry and dark chocolate flavors which leads to a full bodied wine with a long finish
Braised Lamb Ragu • squid ink tagliatelle/romano pradera cheese/borage blossom / mustard greens

Chardonnay• A fullbodied wine with bright acidity and alingering, elegant finish with
Ripe Asian pear, kumquat, fresh lemon grass & subtle hints of vanilla
